I am passionateScreen Shot 2014-09-02 at 9.27.38 AM about supporting small business growth in order to empower individuals to build a better future.  In my career, I am a product manager with several years of experience implementing digital financial solutions (most often, mobile money) in emerging markets.  With operational knowledge across multiple sectors, I am motivated by the challenge of bridging the gap between the private sector and the development industry to generate solutions focused on business development and job creation.  Presently, I am the Global Partnership Manager for Zoona, an African social enterprise passionately committed to helping small businesses grow.  At Zoona, I manage our eVoucher platform for delivery of subsidy payments, and support Zoona’s international expansion by creating parternships in new markets and with new development partners. Before Zoona, I worked at the development non-profit MEDA, where I managed and consulted on projects that expanded rural access to financial services in countries including Zambia, Afghanistan, Uganda, and Nicaragua. Before that, I lived in Haiti, working as the Product Manager for Mobile Financial Services at Digicel, the largest mobile network operator in the country.  Formal education includes The Fletcher School at Tufts University and the University of Virginia.
